Non-medical practical support
Help with dignity, on your terms.
Care is always agreed with the person, never done to them.
About this service
Steady hands and a respectful manner make the difference.
Discuss ordinary household tasks, company and meal companionship with the adult’s agreement. This offer excludes bathing, dressing assistance, physical transfers, medication administration and nursing or clinical care.

What you get
Help that follows the person's routine.
An agreed support note should identify the non-medical tasks, visit arrangements, exclusions and the adult’s preferences. It is not a clinical assessment or treatment plan.
